Fundraising Strategy

Keating’s Kids will raise funds through a combination of individual donations, grants, fundraising events, and corporate sponsorships. Key fundraising strategies include:

Individual Donations: Campaigns via online platforms, direct mail, and events.
Corporate Sponsorships: Partnerships with businesses and brands that share our values and are committed to social impact.
Fundraising Events: Organizing charity events such as galas, benefit concerts, and virtual donation drives.
Grant Applications: Applying for relevant grants from foundations and government programs that support children’s health, wellness, and entertainment.

Partnerships & Collaborations

In addition to our marketing and fundraising efforts, Keating’s Kids will seek partnerships with hospitals, health organizations, and community groups. We are currently working on building a partnership with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, one of the leading pediatric oncology hospitals, to help us connect with children facing serious illnesses.

We are also actively seeking celebrity partnerships to help engage and encourage children in the program.

Financial Plan & Funding Needs

Keating’s Kids is seeking an initial fundraising goal of $100,000 to launch the program. This funding will cover the costs associated with:

Celebrity Engagements: Arranging and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings.
Operational Costs: Salaries, administrative expenses, and technology.
Program Expansion: Ensuring resources are available to accommodate the children we serve, including transportation, gifts, and personalized experiences.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 in Year 1, and $250,000 in Year 2 to scale the program and reach more children.

Conclusion

Keating’s Kids is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children facing life-threatening illnesses. By connecting them with their celebrity idols, we offer emotional support, create cherished memories, and bring moments of joy to families during challenging times. With the support of our donors, sponsors, partners, and volunteers, we are excited to help 50-100 children in our first 18 months, with plans to grow and expand our impact in the years to come.
