Celebrity Outreach

Keating’s Kids will make every reasonable effort to connect participating children with their requested celebrity idols. However, we cannot guarantee the availability, response, or participation of any specific celebrity or public figure. All outreach is handled professionally through official representatives, and experiences are subject to celebrity schedules, availability, and willingness to participate.

While we strive to fulfill every child’s wish to the fullest extent possible, substitutions or alternate experiences may be offered when necessary. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, as our mission is always to create a joyful and meaningful experience—even if it looks a little different than originally imagined.

Medical Clearance

The safety and well-being of every child we serve is our top priority. Participation in Keating’s Kids programs—especially in-person visits—requires medical clearance from a licensed healthcare provider. This includes confirmation that the child is physically and emotionally able to safely engage in the experience.

We work closely with families and medical teams to ensure that all experiences are planned in a manner that respects the child’s health needs, treatment schedule, and any relevant safety protocols. Keating’s Kids reserves the right to postpone or modify any experience based on health or safety concerns, including travel restrictions, immunocompromised conditions, or emergency changes in the child’s health status.
